Goal
ASCD Creative was in need to create a report that documented metrics and ROI for the in-house creative unit. Together with the Senior Creative Director, we researched and created an in-depth report that went over the vision, mission, strategic focus, goals, awards, accomplishments, value proposition, project forecasts, competitive analysis, and departmental budgeting. This report is now completed annually.
